1 Our Commitment

Tracking a GLP-1 journey means logging some of the most personal things a person can record — body weight, measurements, progress photos, symptoms, and medication history. We built Peptly knowing that trust with this kind of data has to be absolute.

This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data Peptly handles, how it is handled, and the commitments we've made to protect your privacy — permanently.

2 What Data Peptly Uses

Peptly works with the following information, all stored exclusively on your device:

• Weight, measurement, and body composition entries you log
• Progress photos you capture within the App
• GLP-1 medication name, dose, and schedule information
• Symptom and side effect notes
• Goals, milestones, and personal notes
• App preferences and notification settings

None of this data is ever transmitted off your device. It is stored in the App's private, sandboxed container — inaccessible to any other app, service, or third party without your explicit action.

3 Progress Photos

Progress photos are among the most sensitive data a person can store — and we treat them accordingly.

If you delete the App, all photos stored by Peptly are permanently deleted with it. If you choose to export or share a photo, that action is entirely yours — Peptly plays no role in where it goes after you share it.

Peptly requests camera and photo library access only to enable photo capture and import within the App. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos.

4 What We Do Not Collect

• We do not operate servers that store your health data or photos
• We do not use analytics tools that track how you use the App
• We do not collect advertising identifiers or build behavioural profiles
• We do not sell, license, or share your data with any third party — ever
• We do not use your data to train AI or machine learning models
• We do not have the ability to access your data even if compelled — because we simply do not have it

5 Subscriptions & Payments

Peptly's optional premium subscription is managed entirely by Apple via the App Store. All billing, payment processing, and transaction records are handled by Apple — Peptly never sees, stores, or processes your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.

6 iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled, your Peptly data — including any stored progress photos — may be included in your personal iCloud backup. This backup is end-to-end encrypted and accessible only to you via your Apple ID. Peptly has no involvement in or access to your iCloud backups. You can exclude Peptly from backups at any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.

7 App for Adults (18+)

Peptly is designed exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The health tracking features, GLP-1 context, and progress tools in the App are based on adult-population research and are not appropriate for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the App, we encourage you to remove it from their device.

8 Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated effective date.

9 Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because Peptly does not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on your behalf. You are already in complete control of your data at all times.

To permanently delete all your Peptly data — including any stored progress photos — simply delete the App from your device. All locally stored data will be immediately and permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
