1 Agreement to These Terms

By downloading or using Peptly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Peptly.

Peptly is designed for adults aged 18 and over. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. The health tracking data, GLP-1 monitoring tools, and progress features in Peptly are based on research applicable to adult populations and are not appropriate for use by minors.

2 What Peptly Is

Peptly is a personal health tracking application designed to help adults monitor their GLP-1 medication journey — including weight, measurements, progress photos, symptoms, and related health data — all stored privately on your device.

3 Your Data & Privacy

All personal health data you enter into Peptly — including weight logs, progress photos, measurements, medication notes, and any other tracked information — is stored locally on your device. Peptly does not upload, transmit, or have access to your personal health data.

Because data is stored locally, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset, or damaged. We recommend keeping regular device or iCloud backups.

4 Progress Photos

Peptly may allow you to capture and store progress photos as part of your health tracking journey. These photos are stored exclusively on your device in the App's private sandboxed container and are never transmitted to any server or shared with any third party.

You are solely responsible for the content of photos you capture within the App. Peptly is not responsible for any photos stored by the App or their use outside of the App by you or others with access to your device.

5 Subscriptions & Payments

Peptly offers a free tier and optional premium features through an auto-renewable subscription managed via the Apple App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage or cancel at any time via iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy

We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your billing information.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Peptly only for its intended personal health tracking purposes. You agree not to:

• Use Peptly to provide health advice, coaching, or tracking services to other individuals in a commercial capacity without appropriate professional licensing
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Rely solely on App trends or data to make medical decisions without consulting a healthcare professional

7 Intellectual Property

Peptly, including its design, features, code, and all related materials, is owned by Peptly. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the App. You retain full ownership of the personal health data you enter — we make no claim to it whatsoever.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Peptly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that health trends and insights provided are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular health purpose. The App is a personal tracking tool — not a clinical instrument.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Peptly and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App — including any health decisions made based on App data or trends. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for a Peptly subscription in the preceding 12 months, or $10 USD if no subscription was held.

10 Third-Party Services

Peptly integrates with the Apple App Store for subscriptions and may link to Peptly Calc or other Peptly products. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Peptly is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of Peptly after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Termination

You may stop using Peptly at any time by deleting the App. All locally stored data will be permanently removed. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it via iOS Settings before deleting the App to avoid further charges.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that venue.
